Strengths: Good tech support, helpful and responsive. Server uptime was continuous and without problems.
Details: Hosted an open source DSpace instance for a project to test the software. Installation was not without problems, due to software installation intstructions being vague, however tech support helped resolve the problems and we were up and running in good time.
